We are looking for passionate and energetic Educator to join our team at Harcourt Valley Primary School OSHClub located at north-east of Castlemaine and south of Bendigo. Offering 25:00hours per week, you will work across our Before and After School Care shifts.
- Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program) – Monday to Friday; 07:00 AM – 09:00 AM
- After School Care (Stay and Play Program) – Monday to Friday; 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM
- You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too!
About the role
As an Educator, you will join the children in a variety of activities to encourage their curiosity and develop their well-being! Ideally, you need to have skill, passion or interest to share with the children, as diverse activities and creativity is key to our ongoing success. You will bring a sense of adventure, empathy and energy, as well as a meaningful teamwork approach each day.
- Supervise children through participation in games & activities.
- Join our school holiday program with exciting excursions to the cinemas, zoo and more!
- Teamwork and collaboration to create diverse activities.

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids.
- Strong and clear communication.
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children.
- Australian work rights.
- Meet the minimum VIC requirements to work in ratio in OSHC according to ACECQA, or be willing to obtain a relevant qualification.
