OSHC (Outside School Hour Care) are services for families, children and schools across Victoria. Suitable for children aged from five to twelve years old, we offer both before and after school care and school holiday programs.
About the Opportunity
The Y Victoria is currently seeking an OSHC Program Planning Manager who will be dedicated to empowering educators in inspiring school aged children through excellent programming and program delivery in the school holiday program. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- The end-to-end research, design and implementation of a fun, innovative and developmentally-appropriate School Holiday Program for the children attending OSHC with the Y
- Working closely with key service leaders to plan programs that are suitable for the environments our programs operate within
- Developing and maintaining a centralised activity library for the OSHC network to support program staff in offering fun, varied activities in their programs
This exciting key leadership position is a full time role with a base salary of $93k + super, with the added benefit of a hybrid work structure between home and the Y's State Office in Box Hill.

What do you need?
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar position or proven business operational experience.
- A background in education and care or understanding of child development would be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Tertiary Education in Early Childhood and/ or Business Management
- Event planning experience preferable but not essential
- High level of attention to detail and use of MS Office systems
