As a Mentor Coordinator, you will provide support to the Area Manager drive high quality outcomes across 6 TheirCare Service locations.

  Responsibilities:

• Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
• Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
• Be the face of TheirCare in your school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
• Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
• Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever
• Provide on-site support and guidance to teams at various locations
• Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance
• Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service

  Experience and Qualifications:

• Employee Working with Children Check
• First Aid + CPR Certificate
• Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
