About the role:
The Atlantis Group is a leading provider of high-quality education and care services, committed to creating a supportive and enriching environment for children. We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic OSHC Educators to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and supervise children during after-school hours in a safe and supportive environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Leading a team of educators ensuring the highest quality of care is provided for our children across all our rooms;
- Engaging with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development;
- Motivating and supporting a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation;
- Building and maintaining a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice;
- Bringing a friendly, mature and professional approach to everything you do;
About you:
Are you a passionate and nurturing educator with the ability to inspire others and guide practices to deliver high-quality education and care to school-aged children? If you align with our values and are as passionate about exceeding expectations as we are, you're the person we're looking for.
You will also require to have:
- Full Drivers License.
- Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Children Services (for Qualified roles).
- Availability from Monday to Friday.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain them.
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to undertake the course.
- knowledge of My Time Our Place and the National Quality Standards.
