- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and human resource policies and procedures.
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions
- Safeguard OSR operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Sustain physical condition of OSR by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Assist in the preparation of and managing of expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Complete OSR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and assessing work results.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant OH&S polices by leading by example, displaying safety awareness at all times, and ensuring conformity to housekeeping policy.
- Leadership experience, skills, and attributes with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roles
- Customer service and people skills with Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
