In both physio and osteo practices, your key objective is helping people out of pain while educating and empowering them to become custodians of their own health.
As part of our TotalFusion allied health practice, you will be educating our clients on the benefits of the incredible array of other services provided on site, continually contributing to the growth of the team and progress of our clients!
- Educating and empowering patients about their condition(s) and providing strategies to improve their health and function above and beyond their presenting condition(s)
- Evidence based assessment & treatment of a variety of conditions in musculoskeletal practice
- Clear understanding and use of the Biopsychosocial Model
- Clinical note taking, development of treatment plans and management of patient cases including recalls, messages, letters and other forms of communication with patients
- Development and monitoring of rehabilitation programs
- Working in and referring to a multidisciplinary team
- Educate about our other services and how they can support their clients
- Participate in and conduct regular professional development with the team including monthly growth workshops
- Liaising with other medical providers internally and externally
- Comply with in-house policies & procedures
- Work in a safe and ethical manner
- Responsible for proactively generating leads in accordance to business goals

Qualifications & Credentials (depending on which profession you are applying for):
- Physiotherapy degree - Master’s Degree preferred
- Osteopathy relevant degree - Master’s Degree preferred
- AHPRA Registration
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR
