ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us in a dynamic role where you'll provide Operational Technology communications services to Integrated Gas, focusing on various networking technologies such as SDH/DWDM optical networks, Ethernet networks, microwave systems, Tetra voice radio network, and more.
More about the role:
-Utilise your expertise in IP network technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
-Lead engineering designs, including scope of works, drawings, and design documentation, ensuring peer and contractor design packs meet required standards.
-Oversee commissioning assurance activities for new communications infrastructure, adhering to gate processes.
-Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process for changes to existing communications infrastructure.
-Ensure all operational modifications adhere to safety and quality standards, following engineering governance practices.
ABOUT YOU
If you're the right fit for this role, you'll bring a wealth of experience in various networking technologies, including Optical and Microwave transmission networks, Ethernet/IP networks, WiMAX, LTE Networks, and Voice Radio networks. Additionally, you'll have a solid background in IP networking and security, along with hands-on experience in technical site installation and commissioning activities.
