Exciting opportunity for an AWESOME Customer Solutions Specialist to join a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
Join the Customer Solutions team where no two days are the same:
- Outbound campaign and customer prospecting support, cold calling, setting up appointments and submitting offers.
- Identifying potential targets and contacting customers to sell them the United Card product.
- Taking inbound sale enquiries.
- On-boarding of new customers.
- Assisting with card customer account management and customer retention.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional business-to-business face-to-face selling skills
- Ability to grow sales and meet targets
- Exceptional phone manner and active listening skills
- Experience in both inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
