- Building trusted relationships with customers, always with the vision of enhancing the Henry Schein service experience
- Developing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Achieving sales targets and working to KPI's
- Maintaining knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information
- Providing support as required to the field sales team to oversee key accounts
- Liaise with our Customer Care & Field Sales teams to support product returns, merchandise pick-ups, tracking orders, re-orders, pricing discrepancies, balance queries or credits
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records
- Previous phone sales experience in a corporate environment (desired)
- Prior experience working in the dental industry (desired)
- The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence and negotiate successfully
- MS Office proficiency (mandatory) with some experience working on systems such as Pronto and Salesforce (desirable)
- Self-motivated, a team player, resilient, politely persistent when necessary, and hungry to learn and grow
