Applications are sought from suitably qualified Nurse/Midwife to work in the Outpatient Clinic team at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide safe and comprehensive patient focused nursing care
- Conduct patient assessment and plan care relevant to disease and treatment
- Liaising witht the Outpatient clinics multidisciplinary team in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures ensuring compliance with the Stateside referral criteria and the Non-Admitted specialist services in Victorian Public Health Services Policy
- Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
- Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
