💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans in collaboration with the Director, for national expansion.
  • Lead market research, networking, and relationship building initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with government agencies and community organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth, surpassing targets through innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize exciting social events where connections flourish.
  • Deliver Cliq information sessions to potential clients, familiar and other organisations. 
  • Facilitate daily outbound calls to prospects and arrange appointments with decision makers when required.
  • Prepare marketing collateral.
  • Performing daily support tasks including taking calls & e-mails, facilitating education/training sessions, periodically conducting customer survey etc.
  • Other tasks under the instructions from Supervisor/Director as required. 

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the disability support sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated capability in building lasting client relationships.
  • A passion for leadership and team collaboration.
  • A positive, compassionate and driven personality. Initiative is also required! 

📅 Perks:

  • Flexible hours: 25-32 hours per week.
  • Opportunity for contract extension based on performance.
  • Starting as office based, the role will grow to be hybrid, allowing for remote working once settled. 

💰 Salary: $70-80k per year pro-rata
