💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development plans in collaboration with the Director, for national expansion.
- Lead market research, networking, and relationship building initiatives.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with government agencies and community organizations.
- Drive revenue growth, surpassing targets through innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to organize exciting social events where connections flourish.
- Deliver Cliq information sessions to potential clients, familiar and other organisations.
- Facilitate daily outbound calls to prospects and arrange appointments with decision makers when required.
- Prepare marketing collateral.
- Performing daily support tasks including taking calls & e-mails, facilitating education/training sessions, periodically conducting customer survey etc.
- Other tasks under the instructions from Supervisor/Director as required.

- Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the disability support sector.
- Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated capability in building lasting client relationships.
- A passion for leadership and team collaboration.
- A positive, compassionate and driven personality. Initiative is also required!
📅 Perks:
- Flexible hours: 25-32 hours per week.
- Opportunity for contract extension based on performance.
- Starting as office based, the role will grow to be hybrid, allowing for remote working once settled.
💰 Salary: $70-80k per year pro-rata
