Form of workLooking for a skilled and experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join our team in the stone industry!
As an Overhead Crane Operator, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading machines and trucks, moving pieces and stillage around the factory and managing stock of material on a daily basis. A background in stock management will be highly beneficial however not entirely necessary. Forklift licence is highly regarded.
Primary crane to be operated is a Demag 12.5t crane.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year operating Crane
- Familiarity with various types of stone and their properties is highly regarded but not necessary
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly resolve issues as they arise
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks and saws
- Monitor machine performance and maintain proper maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products
