- Salary dependent on your experience $65k to $80k + Super
- 2 days work from home after probation

The Role:
- Assisting OC Manager in general administration duties
- Updating the data-base & other relevant CRM Systems
- Answering client/ committee phones calls
- Day to day email management
- Update owners, creditors (including public liability information), and insurance details.
- Obtaining quotes & following up on maintenance
- Producing letters and other material sent to owners.
- Assisting in AGM's when necessary
- Liaising with contractors where necessary
- A strong eye for detail
- Strong typing skills
- Strong verbal communication
- Previous experience in an office related administration role
- Car & licence preferred
- Proficiency in microsoft programs
- Highly organised & a strong ability to multi-task
- Current OC experience preferred
