Position Available: Owners Representative

Role Overview:
As the Owners Representative, you will be entrusted with the leadership and management of all operational and commercial activities on our Wind Farm and BESS facility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Performance: Develop and execute operational plans, ensuring optimal performance of the sites while adhering to regulatory standards and budgetary constraints.
• OH&S Management: Prioritize the health and safety of all personnel on site, actively promoting a culture of safety and well-being. Provide first aid support and promptly report any incidents or hazards.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including site personnel, local communities, and authorities, to uphold the company's reputation and ensure mutual benefit.
• Commercial Operations: Manage budgets, contracts, and procurement processes efficiently, contributing to the financial success of the operation.
• Optimizing Site Availability: Utilize available resources effectively to maximize revenue generation, overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring the reliability of HV assets and BESS systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Excel and CMMS.
• Knowledge of SCADA systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Electrical expertise and relevant certifications.
• Valid driver's license and proximity to the site location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HV asset operation and maintenance.
• Background in utility-scale wind generation and battery energy storage systems.
• Certification in electrotechnology and HV switching.
