The Opportunity
We seek a Senior Team Member — Playgrounds and Reactive Team who will assist the Team Leader Playgrounds and Reactive Team lead the work team in the installation, maintenance and repairs of equipment in line with Australian standards, plus general horticultural activities at Council parks, ovals and associated facilities.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning, coordinating, supervision and on-the-job training of the Playgrounds and Reactive Team, under limited direction carry out installation, maintenance and repair work on Council equipment including paving and fencing, undertake a range of horticultural activities particularly mowing, spraying, slashing, top-dressing, scarifying, fertilizing and aerating turfed areas, perform other Parks and Gardens support duties within capabilities and/or consistent with the level of this position as required.

- Attractive salary of $73,917.38 p/a plus district allowance — $ 2611.00 w/dependents, $1498.00 w/o dependents
