The Role, but not limited to:
- Liaising and prospecting with Buyers
- Managing exchanges and settlements
- Diary and email management
- Website management and uploading content online
- Attending Open homes and auctions
- Negotiations in the best interest of the client
- Presented properties to client
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Real estate registration required
- Corporate presentation, initiative, and a passion for the industry
- Ability to prioritise workload and to use your initiative and think on your feet
- Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
