Loop Therapy is a new and expanding business based in Mosman Park. We are actively seeking dedicated individuals who exhibit a passion for their work and are eager to contribute to the continued growth of our organisation.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join Loop Therapy on a part-time basis, offering flexibility and the potential to build to a full-time caseload for the right candidate.
In this position you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and their families. We work with children aged 2-17, working on a variety of areas including emotional regulation, fine motor, gross motor, executive dysfunction, self-care, sensory regulation and social skills.
Position Details:
Type: Part-Time, offering flexibility based on the candidate’s preferences and client availability. Ability to move to full-time for the right candidate.
New Graduate Program: Tailored program available for new graduates.
Ongoing Supervision: Ongoing, structured supervision is provided for all staff. Loop Therapy uses both internal and external supervision sources.
Ongoing Professional Development: A combination of internal and external professional development is provided.
Salary Package: Competitive salary, company provided laptop and annual bonus.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess, plan and implement effective therapy interventions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Experience in Paediatrics, Keyworking, Positive Behaviour Support and disability preferred but not essential.
Training and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Driver's license and access to a car
