The Spark Therapy Services is a well-established children's OT private practice, servicing the Northern Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Our clinic is located in Diamond Creek, bordering the suburbs of St Helena and Greensborough.

About the RoleWe are seeking OTs to join the team. We provide the following opportunities:
- Learn The Spark's neuro-diversity affirming approach to understanding a child’s strengths and developmental differences by making sense of a child’s complex stress load and neuro-biological foundations and how this impacts on their daily occupations.
- Develop holistic and engaging assessment and therapy for children from 0-18 years old and their families. Therapy is provided within the clinic, community, or educational setting.
- Work in partnership with OT colleagues to deliver meaningful group programs that build a sense of connection and belonging for our clients and their families.
- We value parent and community education and building parent capacity. We will support you to develop your skills in parent coaching and education.
- Contribute to the fantastic resources we create for our Spark Community - including social stories, parent fact sheets and educational videos.
- We provide supported orientation process, depending on your level of experience. This may involve shadowing, joint sessions and assessment with another OT, joint planning and shared problem solving. We will foster your professional skills and confidence.

- AHPRA registration
- Approved qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Relevant experience working in paediatrics helpful. New Graduates, early career OTs and those seeking support to transition to paediatrics welcome to apply.
