About Us: Kaleidoscope Therapy is a leading multidisciplinary clinic located in the Macedon Ranges ( Kyneton) we are dedicated to providing exceptional paediatric therapy services and are committed to improving the lives of children by offering comprehensive and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for dedicated professionals who are enthusiastic about working with children and helping them reach their full potential. The successful candidates will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualised therapy programs to address the unique needs of our Paediatric clients. Mentoring and support will be provided as needed for level of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the developmental needs of Paediatric patients.
- Design and implement evidence based interventions based on assessment findings.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
- Kindergarten and School visit assessments
- Educate parents and caregivers on home exercises and activities to support therapy goals.
- Stay current with best practices, new research, and advancements in paediatric therapy.
Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience in Paediatric therapy is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
