Our client is a multidisciplinary paediatric health provider operating in Essendon West, Melbourne focusing on providing assistance to a 75% Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) caseload while also servicing NDIS and private clients. With around ten skilled clinicians on their team, they are looking to rapidly expand.
As a mostly clinic-based service, they also offer limited client outreach and telehealth services. They place significant importance on team wellbeing with a wellbeing coordinator tasked to organise different social activities each month. The company operates in a family-focused, non-corporate environment where feedback is highly valued, and flexible working policy applied, allowing staff to adjust their start and finish times based on personal needs.
Full time OR Part time - permanent position.

- Clinic based role in Essendon West with some outreach visits to clients homes and schools or telehealth sessions if desired
- Structured mentoring and professional development plan based on your priorities for growth as a clinician
- Gradually increasing caseload over your first 6 months

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
