Job description

Speech Pathologist- Community - Adelaide

Several positions available in our SA team

Even on the best days, stress can prevent anyone from being fully focused and doing their best work. Too much of it can lead to burnout, disengagement, more sick days, and strained relationships in the workplace.
Community is one of the sectors known for burnout of clinicians.... but not at Physio Inq!!

How does Physio Inq do this?

Our 3 house rules at Physio Inq are what make us an amazing place to work at:

1) Employees come first

  • Industry leading low KPI's with incentives for exceeding them via a revenue share model
  • Flexible working hours, work from home, and autonomy to manage your schedule
  • Competitive base wage + generous revenue share structure to reward you for your work
  • Diverse caseload, with variety of clients. We are not just a NDIS provider
  • Leave is rarely declined... we give our clinicians time away from work when needed
  • Structured career progression system covering Clinical Skills, Leadership, and Business pathways
  • Regular, structured weekly supervision sessions with Team leaders which encourages open communication and dialogue.
  • Regular work team social events and catch ups with the team in your area

  • Opportunity to relocate – we operate Australia wide!

2) Clients deserve an amazing experience
  • Happy employees = happy clients!
  • We only employ the top 5% of the applicants who apply, meaning we have more experience in the team and they are the best of the bunch
  • We have a heavy senior/junior ratio, meaning we have plenty of support available to learn and upskill our clinicians for the client’s benefit
  • Weekly Pinq Academy sessions with regular webinar presentations on the latest clinical research from industry experts
  • Recognition for the wins of both our clinicians, and our clients
  • Build a mobile caseload locally and reduce commuting time for both clinicians, and their clients
  • Built in QA system which supports amazing reports and clinical upskilling of our therapists, ensuring best client outcomes

3) Treat referrers like royalty
  • Happy clients = happy referrers!
  • With more time to communicate with our referrers, we can be more connected and responsive
  • Head office support so you can focus your time on being a clinician
  • Senior team environment to collaborate with experienced clinicians and upskill in soft skills
  • Dedicated business development team supporting our referrers and keeping up to date with sector expectations and changes
  • Our allied health teams comprise of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Exercise Physiologists to provide a true in-house interdisciplinary service to make it easy
