We are a creative Christmas company based in Sydney CBD (operating year-round) looking for a creative graphic designer who can also be a PA to help with the design and planning process for shopping centres, offices, public spaces, parks, awnings, for clients and councils over Australia - we currently service over 50 councils and dozens of shopping centres all over Australia!
The Role
Our ideal candidate is proficient in photoshop, excel, word, and general administrative tasks.
The successful PA / Graphic Designer will have experience in creating presentations, and coming up with creative arrangements of 3D LED illuminated displays, and assisting with quotations to customers in excel, Traditional Christmas elements (wreaths, garlands, Christmas Trees), and create cherished and memorable festive experiences for our clients. It is important to have excellent communication skills in clear English and must be well versed in Microsoft excel and general admin skills. Training will be provided in our products and systems.
KEY SKILLS
- Must be living in Australia (Sydney CBD NSW)
- Strong experience using both Adobe photoshop and in-design
- Experience in designing mock-ups, presentations, etc.
- Experience in Excel, Power Point, Word essential
- Natural creativity with a flair for creating engaging designs
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels both within and external to the organisation.
- A very strong work ethic with a self-driven attitude and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Attention to detail is an absolute must.
- Must be punctual
