The Administration Assistant will perform a variety of administration and reception duties while ensuring a high standard of service is delivered.Key responsibilities:Meet and greet clinical staff, such as consultant anaesthetists, trainees, and medical studentsPerform reception and administrative duties, including minute taking and other documentation as requiredMaintenance/updating Anaesthetic Department rosters and databaseConsult with key stakeholders of Cabrini Health where necessaryMaintain files accurately and confidentially, attend to photocopying and collation, document distribution, and filing in a timely mannerAssist in the organisation of events and functions as requiredWhat you will bring to the role:You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated to produce high-quality administrative support and also have the following:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSound clerical and filing skills and experienceGood numeracy skillsExcellent customer service and communication skills with a positive and friendly attitudeExcellent organisational skills with the ability to be flexible when neededAbility to work efficiently, autonomously, and respectfully within the teamExceptional attention to detailTo view the full position description clickEnquiries to: Department of Anaesthesia Manager Liz Chatzikyriazis on 03 9508 1258Does this sound like your new role?
