About the role
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to manage a range of clients across a diverse
range of verticals. Someone who can adapt well to the Orange Line mantras of proactivity,
flexibility, and dedication.
This role is a blend of in-platform execution and client management and strategy.
If we were to sum up this role in one line it would be: striking a balance between in-platform
management, client management, and strategy.
You will be responsible for
- Responsible and accountable for the success and growth of your client patch and your direct reports
- In-platform management and execution
- Representing the agency and your team in day to day communications and servicing of your clients
- Develop an intricate strategy for the client that defines investment, channels and targeting
- Research and identify new channels and platforms to achieve business goals
- Provide insight, analysis and guidance to client and team on campaign optimisation and opportunities
- Collaborate with the wider digital teams (SEO, Creative etc.) to effectively plan and deliver campaigns in budget to timeline
- Be innovative and passionate in your space and endeavour to mentor and train junior team members
- Set the standard for best practice across all channels and platforms
- Implement continuous test and learns
- Implement team and company processes to help improve overall team effectiveness and efficiency
About you
- 3-5 years Paid Search experience is crucial
- Experience with at least one other major marketing channel or platform (e.g. GMP, a programmatic DSP, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Experience working across multi-channel clients (at least one other channel such as Display, Video, Paid Social, etc.)
- Knowledge of tracking performance campaigns (Google Analytics, tagging, ad serving, click tracking, call tracking)
- Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
- Effective and efficient working style and approach to management & mentorship

The salary for this role starts from $85.000 excluding super, based on experience and qualifications.
