The Company
Our client is thriving manufacturing automotive company and is in need of experienced Paint Labourers who can support their site. Located at Yatala our client is currently looking for motivated and keen candidates to start within their facility to kick start an ongoing opportunity.
The Position
You will be working day shifts across Monday to Friday starting from 6am
Reporting to the supervisor, your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
- Assist in the mixing and preparation of paints and coatings according to specifications.
- Operate painting equipment.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment.
- Maintain a safe workplace.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects as needed.
