The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Paint Prepper to join the team at Inkerman Panels.
Maybe you are an experienced automotive painter, looking for a change of pace or previously assisted in painting within a workshop - then this may be what you are looking for!
Located close to the CBD. Plenty of on-site parking for staff. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility of start and finish times on offer.
You will play a key role in the paint preparation of repair work, to ensure a quality paint finish is achieved for the customer.

Role responsibilities
- Quality check the vehicle upon receipt ensuring completeness of previous work.
- Prepare painting jobs including sanding, blowing off and masking vehicles up in accordance with process and procedures.
- Maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily.
- Perform non-core tasks as directed by the Centre Manager from time-to-time.
