The OpportunityWestern Truck Repairs is seeking a highly skilled and qualified Paint Shop Foreman to join our team!
As the Paint Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing our Paint Shop team, allocating work, and ensuring the high-quality paint and restoration of trucks and vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to lead a team in delivering exceptional results while managing time.
Role responsibilities- Lead the Paint Shop team to achieve daily goals
- Quality checks of all jobs, ensuring standards are met for all stakeholders
- Supervising the Paint Shop team and all jobs, in cooperation with management team
- Mix and match paint to the specified colour to ensure a good colour match for the customer
- Maintain the colour mixing room and colour swatches
- Order paint and maintain stock
Does this sound like you?
- Previous automotive repair experience and experience in Vehicle Spray Painting or Colour Mixing
- On site experience and willing to work on the tools
- Time management
- People management skills
- Attention to detail and a focussed eye
- Good at following process, willing to learn and apply new innovative ideas
- Maintain a clean work space
- Contribute to a positive work environment for the team and customers
