Rightway Industrial Pty Ltd is a Bunbury based Company servicing the Southwest and currently looking for reliable, experienced, and qualified Painting Trades Worker who is willing to relocate to Albany, WA.
Tasks & Duties:
- Prepare parts and assemblies by Sand/Shot/Water Blasting & Painting to stage for finishing product, meeting defined production standards, schedules and quality requirements
- Work with Blast, Paint systems and various tools for the completion of product to required specifications
- Support the Company’s Quality Assurance guidelines with respect to finished blast and painted products
- Measuring and Mixing paint correctly to manufactures specifications
- Complete pre-start checks on Equipment (Compressors, Blast Machines, Paint Spraying Machines)
- Complete JSAs / JHAs when required
- Fill out any faults and maintenance documentation
- Paint to required and specified Quality (Thicknesses)
- Audit Blasting and Painting Consumables to advise Management to procure accordingly
- Housekeeping of Blasting and Painting equipment and area at completion of each day
- Hand all relevant documentation into office daily
- Other duties as directed by Managers
Skills & Experience Required:
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Current clean Driver’s License
- Highly motivated and focused

Salary between $70,000 to $80,000 per annum.
