The Role:

The Pallet Controller is responsible for ensuring all relevant pallet and cage paperwork is followed up and sent to the right area.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Returnable Packaging process.

• Collect, sort, and validate pallet paperwork daily and scan to Returnable Packaging team.

• Debrief paperwork to ensure all driver have returned relevant pallet paperwork.

• Data Entry in Tollworks according to Debriefing/Pallet Movements

• Raise transfer off dockets from 2IC as required.

• Communicate with customers on aged Transfers balances.

• Influence operations with concise effective communication

• Training and development of employees, subcontractors & outside hire
