This is a hands-on role to showcase your skills and abilities in providing great support to our warehouse team to drive productivity and efficiencies.
Ensuring all policies, procedures, and processes in relation to inventory, logistics and daily operations are in place.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure quality and assurance, systems, and supply chain teams to ensure policies and procedures reflect the business needs.
- Conducting inventory stock takes and coordinate negatives, in transits, orders, inbound and outbound freight and equipment.
- Maintain quality service to our customers.
- Supervise and engage Distribution Centre Staff to ensure their continuous growth and development while keeping the warehouse running effectively.
- Reporting on Distribution centre targets to focus on creating better opportunities to be cost effect.
- Administrative tasks such as data entry and ensuring we maintain files and processing paperwork.

Who are you?
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment is essential with leadership potential or experience.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level with knowledge in Excel, Microsoft word etc
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
- Ability to identify areas of improvements and make effective changes taking into consideration resources and constraints.
- Proven safety and quality focus & perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
