Qualified Panel Beater(or Apprentice for the right candidate)

Flagstaff Autobody are an independent, family owned and run business that takes pride in each and every job completed. We are not a sausage factory pumping out 'units' with little care for staff or the end results. Our work covers the full range of smash repairs from small quick jobs to large structural repairs on all makes and models. To back this up, we have spacious work bays fillled with the latest equipment, utilise the latest technology and repair methods; and our workshop is continually maintanted and cleaned. You won't have a manager yelling out unreasonable demands from the office door, instead there are very well organised processes and controlled workflow with a positive team moral that drives a great culture and continued successes.
As part of this team, you will be expected to show pride in yourself and your work, and be a positive contribution to the teams efforts. In return you will be rewarded with excellent conditions and remuneration whilst working in our large, modern and clean facility with off-street parking available for all staff.
To be successful in your application your skills should include:
- work unsupervised as part of a team environment
- work to a standard that meets OEM specs
- repair small or large jobs on all makes and models
- understand current repair equipment, technology and methods
- take pride in your workmanship
- work cleanly and efficiently
- be prepared to learn, develop and share new skills
Showing post qualification training records or welding certification will be an advantage but not mandatory.
