This role is ideal for an experienced Legal Assistant or PA with a strong background working in a similar position and a positive, proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volume debt collection or Litigation matters
- Communicate with clients and courts
- Handle electronic filing, billing, searches, and preparation of legal documents
- Work independently in a tech-savvy environment
- Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal with experience in debt recovery or litigation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage your own files and work independently
- Positive attitude and commitment to this field
