About the role:

The role includes:

  • Collation of legal documents;
  • Typing of correspondence, memos, agreements and email communications; 
  • Contact with clients and other professionals via telephone and email;
  • High-level dictation processing and management; 
  • Diary, timesheet, and email management;
  • Online preparation and filing of Court documents; and
  • Other administrative and personal tasks as required.
About you:
  • You’ll have at least 2 years’ experience working in Family Law;
  • Able to work in a team environment;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; 
  • Strong attention to detail, well organised and efficient.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum two years administrative or personal assistant experience; 
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills;
  • Outstanding communication skills;
  • The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines; and 
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office applications.
