Paraplanning Assistant, work from home

We are a leading paraplanning services company based in Australia, covering preparation of advice documents, product research and business implementation. Our business is growing and due to increasing work volume, we are now looking for a dynamic Paraplanning Assistant to join our team (Australia based candidates only). 

Your new role

• Be first point of contact for all the new work request from clients.
• Identify financial strategies for quoting. 
• Organising the files based on financial strategies, to ensure there is no missing information for the paraplanning team.
• Assist with paraplanning managers in the initial review process.
• Preparing accurate quotes.
• Manage access protocols.
• Implement recommendations in advice documents when required.
• Setting up articles and posting on social media, assisting in emailing campaigns.
• All general office administration duties and support to the business when required.

You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the financial planning industry. Ideally you are already in the financial planning/paraplanning industry, a junior paraplanner, customer service or adviser associate role which would be to your advantage. This is a full time long term position.
