Discovery Parks, Argylla is located in Mount Isa, QLD. The large park offers guests a range of fully equipped cabins and powered sites.
The RoleWe are looking for an individual with strong leadership and demonstrated experience in hospitality management or managing an accommodation-based business.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leadership of a diverse park team to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Financial management - reporting, delivering and implementing budgets
- Maximizing revenue opportunities
- Asset management
- Office administration
- Attending to after-hours call outs
- Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality/accommodation management
- Proven and demonstrated experience in managing, developing and training staff
- Strong computer skills with experience with RMS or similar reservations systems
- Awareness of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Proven experience in managing financials (budgets & planning)
