Job description

The Care Park Group is a global parking management and property services provider approaching 500 locations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hungary and the United Kingdom.  Our services include parking operations in major locations such as Queen Victoria Market Melbourne, Festival Brisbane and extending to hospitals, airports, casinos, sporting venues and commercial centres. Care Park Group is currently recruiting for a Casual roles to join the rapidly growing team in Canberra, ACT. The primary role will include (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate and assist with routine personnel administration
  • Conduct investigations and resolution of customer difficulties and queries including but not limited to technical difficulties / rates / car park information / payment duplications /overcharges / incorrect change given / lost ticket fees /credit entry tickets / credit card queries / My Care Park
  • Action parking infringement appeals correspondence and associated administrative duties
  • Assist with court hearing lists
  • Report incidents to Operations Portfolio Supervisors or the Business Manager
  • Administration support to the Contracts Supervisor, GM, Operations Manager and other staff as directed
  • Attend to any car park operational duties as requested by Contract Supervisor
  • Produce and dispatch correspondence on behalf of the Business Manager and State Manager in accordance with Company standards
  • Assume accountability for the production and dispatch of correspondence on behalf of the Business Manager and State Manager in accordance with Company standards
  • Manage general office functions to a high standard
  • Casual 25 hours per week

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work within a small team of professionals
  • Immediate to expert Microsoft Office PC skills
