AddressThe Parks & Gardens Operator helps to maintain the Parks & Gardens throughout the Wattle Range Council area and will be based at the Millicent Depot.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for working outdoors, be able to operate various plant and equipment, work as part of a team and be able to work independently and to a high safety standard.
You will hold a truck licence (MR), chainsaw ticket, white card and a current Work Zone Traffic Management or the new Temporary Traffic Management ticket, it is highly desirable to have a Horticultural certificate.
This position is being offered as permanent, an attractive renumeration package in the range of Level 4-6 $63,454-$68,459 of the Wattle Range Council Australian Workers Union agreement depending on your skills and experience.
Your hours of work will be 38 per week, worked over a 9-day fortnight. Your start time will be 7:00 AM with a 4:00 PM finish time (3:30 PM on the Friday that is not your RDO).
