Mobile Kitchens is Australia's leading supplier of temporary & modular commercial kitchens, supplying a range of industry sectors including Defence, Mining, Emergency Services and Hospitality.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and reliable casual Bookkeeper/Office Admin assistant to join their small team, working along side the sales and project management/operations team.
Approximately 15 - 20 hours per week.
Hourly pay rate negotiable depending on experience and availability with the opportunity to move to a Part Time position after probation period.

The Ideal Person:
- Will have experience working within a small team, is flexible and able to multi task as required.
- A team player with good work ethic
- Experience using Xero and Mac/Windows software
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Interested in creating business efficiencies and systems, with a desire to promote continuous improvement
- Experience within the Hospitality, Hire & Rental or Transportable Building Industries an advantage
To be considered for this role experience with the following is ideal:
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable (including some credit control), maintaining Creditors, verifying, reconciling and entering invoices, processing payments and sending remittances and supplier invoices;
- Monthly client invoicing;
- End of month General Ledger, bank reconciliation, including aged debtors reporting;
- Processing payroll, including verification of time sheets and managing payments for superannuation for staff and Contractors (includes duties relating to industry Allowances and Awards);
- Preparation of BAS/GST, PAYG and other statutory returns as required;
- ATO Account and Record Management file maintenance;
- Liaising with Clients, Staff, Contractors, Management, & accountant as needed
- Ongoing maintenance and organisation of files;
- Various administration tasks as required, including assistance with job quoting, attending to telephone calls, purchase orders and supporting the sales & projects team as required
