A great opportunity has arisen in our Gosford Trade Centre Mitre10 business for an experienced Part TimeCounter Sales / Inwards Goods person. This position is store based working within our Trade team.
You will have previous sales experience using P.O.S and experience with cash handling. Your ability to build strong relationships with customers within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role, having a passion for outstanding customer service.
What you will be doing
- Being safe as safety is part of our everyday culture
- Deliver excellent customer service through Counter Sales, quotes, delivery orders etc.
- Goods inwards procedures
- Stock replenishment, Adhering to store retail standards
- Picking and packing orders
What you will bring
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email
- Ability to multi task in a dynamic fast paced trade business
- Previous experience in a similar Counter sales/ goods Inwards
- An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market with previous experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work closely in a diverse team
