AddressWe are looking for a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our busy Deakin practice and vibrant team! The role would suit a professional person looking for set hours on a weekly basis. The day begins at 7:30am and concludes at approximately 5:30pm.
Onsite training can be provided, with no experience necessary. All you will need is a passion to learn!
Duties and responsibilities:
Assisting various dentists with dental procedures. (On the job training is offered)
Preparation of the surgery for patient treatment
Infection prevention and control during and between patients
Manage and maintain dental equipment and instruments in the sterilisation bay
Liaising and coordinating with all team members to ensuring daily tasks are completed
Basic reception duties including customer service, booking appointments and taking payments when needed
