This is a part time opportunity working across Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 8.30am - 4pm (22.5 hours per week).

Community Collaborator: You love the buzz of a community and values-based environment, working seamlessly with fellow educators. Your toolbox includes a variety of teaching strategies – intentional teaching, reflective practice, and continuous improvement are your secret weapons.
Empowering Educator: Plan and implement programs that prep little minds for their first year of formal schooling. Lead and manage your room, creating an engaging, safe, and aesthetic learning haven. Foster purposeful community links, ensuring a smooth transition to school. Assess children's learning behaviour and development, guiding them with care, empathy, and respect.
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA. If you are halfway through your degree, or already have an Early Childhood Diploma and willing to obtain a Bachelor degree, we can work with that!
- Deep understanding of current Early Childhood education practices, legislation, and child development.
- Blue Card (Child Related Employment).
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
- Right to work in Australia.

Tucked within the Calvary Christian College Campus in Carbrook, Kingdom Kids isn't your average childcare program. We cater to curious minds aged 15 months to 5 years, blending natural inquiry with intentional planning to ensure each child blossoms.
