At our centre, we're introducing a unique program called "Little Rangers," featuring a full-time ranger on-site, offering hands-on encounters with snakes, lizards, and frogs. We're committed to bringing the wildwood back to childhood!
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent and approved qualification
- Blue card (WWCC)
- Must be willing and confident to take on a whole new program as this is a new centre
- Genuine passion for Early Childhood education and nature-based learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience Diploma qualified educator in the room to work alongside who is also studying their Bachelors degree
- 5 days full time
- 22 children per day
- Well above the award pay on offer - up to $53 per hour for a highly qualified and experienced ECT
- 6 weeks annual leave
- 5 hours per week programming time
- Centre Director has 22 years experience so you have ample support!
