We are seeking a mature part-time qualified Vet Nurse who enjoys client communication and working as part of a team.
You must be willing to support other team members both in the clinic and for holiday/sick cover and should expect the same in return.
Honesty and a good work ethic are highly sought-after qualities for this position, as is the ability to communicate calmly in all situations with compassion and empathy.
The successful applicant must have a willingness to perform all reception and nursing duties, including active involvement with consultations.
Yandina Veterinary Clinic is a Small Animal only clinic in a rapidly growing Sunshine Coast town, located only 15minutes to the beach. Our premises has recently been expanded to allow for a large comfortable work space.
We have inhouse toys including Idexx blood machine, xrays and IM3 dentistry and dental xrays along with a visiting ultrasonographer, advanced surgeon and a nearby specialist referral centre. No after hours or late nights required and the position offered only involves some Saturday morning work on alternating weekends.
The position is Part Time as work-life balance is so important to us! We are very aware of the emotional and psychological toll this industry can take so we all look after each other.
Remuneration commensurate with Award Qualifications and loyalty to our clinic.
