About the role:
In this Part Time position, you will be responsible for most aspects of property management, including:
Lease renewals
Key handovers where office based
Reviewing and processing tenant applications
Managing arrears
Day to day property management no leasing
No trust accounting in this role & support through leasing officer
Working 9.00am to 2:30pm, 3 days we are flexible with times and what days . View to full-time position.
You will be provided with a mobile phone and if required use of a work vehicle.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager
Current real estate certificate
Valid drivers licence
Personable and able to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and still deliver exceptional outcomes
Decisive, fair and practical approach to managing issues

Properties are located from Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast so no day is the same.
Our portfolio is predominately new builds so maintenance is low .
