We are a leading commercial landscape construction company based in the Northern Gold Coast region. With a commitment to delivering quality outdoor spaces, we specialise in commercial projects that redefine landscapes and enhance environments. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects.Responsibilities:- Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability.- Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to Supervisor handover.- Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission.- Conduct take-offs and measure plans.- Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders.- Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information.- Procure key items.- Submit variations + monthly progress claims.- Actively expand the client, subcontractor, and supplier base.RequirementsWhat we are looking for:- Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment highly desirable or in the field experience.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.- Relevant qualifications in construction managemen ​ t or a related field.BenefitsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality projects and are eager tocontribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply.
