This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. With a loyal clientele, this is a position that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Support a busy Sales Agent
- Attending weekly development meetings
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Sales administration & compliance
- Liaising with developers and builders
- Handling all potential buyer inquiries
- Email, appointment and diary management
- Setting up & collecting signboards
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Must be available on Saturdays & Sundays
- Switched and driven to succeed
- The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- 4 days a week - they are flexible!
