Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working alongside a Managing Director
- Managing current and active leads
- Campaign management.
- Buyer work
- Submissions
- Follow up on leads and enquiries through the web-site and marketing
- Vendor management
- Updating the database
- Inspecting commercial properties with prospective buyers
- Sourcing data from various outlets
- Mail marketing, phone canvassing and LinkedIn marketing
- Just sold & leased marketing on website and letter heads
- Ad hoc administration duties
- A corporate, polished, and professional presentation.
- Wanting a professional career in the property industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working in a sales environment
