About the role
As the Strategic Communications Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative support to our Strategic Communications team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our communications operations. From managing budgets and processing invoices to coordinating team events and providing technical support for digital events, you'll be a key player in our strategic communication efforts. And with opportunities to post articles on our intranet and support media watch efforts, you'll have a chance to make a real impact on our internal communications strategy.
This role is available as a part-time max-term/ secondment opportunity totaling 22.5 hours per week. This role is currently scheduled to end on 29 December 2023, however, there is a strong possibility of an extension or even a permanent position offer.
About you
If you possess highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, then this could be the ideal role for you. Your ability to manage confidential issues with discretion, as well as your strong written and verbal communication skills, will also be highly valued.
You will have the opportunity to work proactively and autonomously, contributing to a high-performance team. Your highly developed problem-solving skills and attention to detail will also be called upon, along with your ability to take initiative in correctly determining work priority and identifying tasks outside of scope and quickly escalating to the appropriate team lead.
