This role ensures that partners deliver to their contractual commitments and that all partnerships are managed in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations, and Suncorp's partnering and procurement policies.
What you'll do
- Contract and Supply Chain Management, including the ability to lift performance and create an outcome focus across the supply chain.
- Build effective relationships with PII's strategic partners in order to drive PII's strategic and operational performance objectives.
- Drive exceptional experiences for our customers when engaging with our partners, along with the achievement of contractual service, financial and risk performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Understands how to contribute to team, business and group priorities and drives priorities with a sense of purpose.
- Collaborates across and within teams and build strong relationships with customers to match the right solution to each customer's needs - placing the customer at the heart of decisions.
- Knows and clarifies what's expected, taking full accountability to resolve problems and set high personal standards to deliver timely results in a changing environment.
- Degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Previous experience within Insurance, preferably Personal Injury
- Demonstrated experience in managing commercial partnerships and driving performance in contractual arrangements, balancing strategic relationships and business outcomes.
